Single Mom in Marysville, CA. Launches Natural Haircare Line

Feb. 25, 2010 - PRLog -- Marysville, Ca. Febraury 20, 2010 Marysville single mom begins manufacturing and selling Natural Haircare products.

Its been exactly six (6) years since Ms. Cleo Allen started producing and selling her natural handmade skincare.  Selling handmade personal care items at the local farmers markets, and craft shows in the Sacramento Valley.  From Olivehurst to Davis, to Auburn and beyond.

She has changed the name and the focus of her personal care business and is looking forward to a successful business.  Once selling natural handmade soaps, lotions and scrubs.  She now sells Shampoos,Conditioners and Loc Butters.  Her new name is Safiya Karite.  "It means pure shea" says Ms. Allen.  She wanted to find a unique name for her new product line that would set the atmosphere of her company for years to come.  So she went looking through the baby name books and word translations and seen a beautiful name.  SAFIYA... it means pure and sincere friend in both Swahili and Arabic.  The other part of the name comes for the main ingredient in many of her products that she uses.  Shea Butter.  The Karite tree is the source of Shea Butter.  It was only fitting, so Safiya Karite was born.

Not only are the products natural and organic, because of their ingredients, they come in 3 different haircare lines.  Available now in Men's, Women's and Children's. Safiya Karite wants everyone in the family to benefit for their natural haircare lines.  " The wonderful thing is that all three (3) lines of haircare can be used by all ethnicities, hair types and textures" said Ms.Allen
