ToursInSA.com was launched by Expedition Media in 2009. The website allows the visitor to search hundreds of activities available in South Africa. ToursInSA.com came about as a result of Jacqui’s friends visiting South Africa but not sure what to do while on holiday. Together with her business partner, Jonty Medcalf, she decided that launching a website dedicated to activities would not only benefit holidaymakers but also service providers in the tourism industry.

“Online Marketing is an affordable and measurable way to market your business. We realize that a lot of the activity providers do not have the time or resources to effectively market themselves online, so we developed this affordable platform, where they could showcase their company,” said Jacqui.

Later in 2010 ToursInSA.com plans to expand overseas, by employing Marketing Representatives based in the USA and the UK.
