Mike Sommer, CPA, receives Life Membership from the St Charles Jaycees

Feb. 21, 2010 - PRLog -- Mike Sommer of St Charles Missouri was presented with a life membership from the St Charles Jaycees on January 22, 2010 at the Annual Missouri Jaycees Winter State Meeting at Tan-Tar-A Resort, Lake of the Ozarks.

Mike Sommer is owner of Sommer & Associates CPAs LLC in St Charles and has been a member of the St Charles Jaycees since 1991.  This is one of the many honors that Mr. Sommer has received in his Jaycee career, including being bestowed a Missouri JCI Senatorship.

"This is quite an honor," said Mike, "There are many individuals who have been an integral part of my success but none as much as my wife, Chrissy Sommer, who has been beside me every step of this journey. The Jaycees offer all individuals who join the opportunity of self-improvement through community service.  Again, I am humbled and grateful for this honor."

The St Charles Jaycees were founded in 1948 in St Charles Missouri.  In their 62 years of service to the St Charles community, the St Charles Jaycees have only awarded 19 Life Memberships to its members.     Mike served at the St Charles Jaycees president in 1994-95 and again in 2000.
