Futurism Technologies, plans to hire 250 employees in the first 2 QTR of financial year 2010.

Futurism Technologies had signed a few large deals as well as a number of smaller ones. The Banking Financial services and Insurance, Retail and Distribution and Education sector is driving Futurism Technologies growth.

Most of the IT companies have not hiked wages in the current fiscal due to global recession, but Futurism Technologies employees are reported to have received 15% to 50% percent salary hike with variable payouts in Financial Year 2009.

Futurism Technologies Global CEO Sheetal Pansare says that we are a small but fast growing company and have very niche products and services offerings to specific industries, we have invested a lot in training our people and now we have excellent talent pool to deliver world class quality solutions and services.

Currently we have 200% work load scheduled on our current staff capacity so we have to retain our people and keep multiplying capacity which is what we are doing on war footing basis.

Futurism Technologies has already begun the process by visiting campuses, the ratio will be 30% freshers and 70% experienced engineers with BFSI, Retail & Distribution and Education Domain background with horizontal IT skills.

Futurism will also be scaling its overseas operations by hiring more people primarily in US, UK and Australia to strengthen its local sales and support activities.
