AAA Phone On Hold Projects 5% Increase For Fiscal Year

With nearly half of their fiscal year already past, AAA Phone On Hold feels confident that the current increase in service contracts will continue through August 2010. Early calculations predict a healthy upswing, compared to last year's numbers.

Message on hold provider AAA Phone On Hold has overcome a long period of stagnant sales numbers. This change appears to be due to a slowing of unrenewed contracts as well as an increased number of new service orders.

Through 2008 and most of 2009, the Cleveland, TN based company performed a balancing act - adding new clients at the same rate that expiring contracts were not being renewed. In fact, it was all the sales team could do to keep even with the number of clients who failed to renew their agreements due to cash flow problems or because they were going out of business. This trend was mostly unseen in the past because the majority of phone on hold users have found no reason to cancel their service, especially when they see it as a valuable tool in their marketing strategy. "We have clients that have been with us from the beginning," said Bruce Livolsi, General Manager of AAA Phone On Hold. "25 years is a long time to maintain a favorable business relationship, but somehow we managed to do it."

This upward movement has given the company something to look forward to. "The recent recession definitely had an impact on our growth, but these new figures reflect our belief that the economy is turning around," Livolsi said. "Our clients are located all over the United States, so when we see an increase, it's an indicator of what's happening nationwide."

Of course, the local economy in southeastern Tennessee is not without its share of new growth. With construction at the Volkswagen plant currently ahead of schedule, Hamilton county and surrounding communities are likely to see favorable economic forecasts in upcoming months.

AAA Phone On Hold invested in their online marketing late last year by remodeling their website http://www.AAAPhoneOnHold.com which included a more user friendly platform for their clients to review and edit their message scripts.

Even though the company makes it easy for users to edit their message on hold scripts themselves, some prefer to take advantage of the in-house script writers for all their message updates. Clients need only outline their changes and the rest is done for them.
