RegScan, Inc. Wins EBJ Business Achievement Award
RegScan, Inc. was awarded in the category of 'Business Achievement and Information' for its two new products RegScan GCS 2.0 and its Socrates Task and Compliance Management System.
RegScan GCS 2.0 represents a complete makeover of the firm's regulatory research tools. RegScan's first complete makeover in more than 10 years. RegScan GCS 2.0 was designed around customer feedback and contains a host of innovative new features. Some of the new features include strikethrough comparisons of previous versus current regulations and Parallel Topical Search that enables users to pull up Federal and State companion regulations in a side-by-side format.
Socrates, patent pending, is a one of a kind regulatory-based task and compliance management system. Socrates not only allows users to create tasks directly from regulatory drivers but it is also integrated with RegScan's audit tools to enable corrective action tracking.

Final EBJ Business Achievement Awards were determined by a committee of EBJ staff and EBJ editorial advisory board members. Multiple categories saw a record number of award nominations in 2009, including information technology.
