Tri-Star Management, Inc. has wholly owned subsidiaries in the financial services field, the insurance industry and through Tri-Star Lending, L.L.C. owns its’ own mortgage company, through Tri-Star Realty, L.L.C. owns its own real estate company. Mr. Mazzone has previously been the president of the Nevada Association of Health Underwriters and also served as the president of the U.S. Association of Health Underwriters. Tri-Star Lending, L.L.C. employs a unique marketing program that enables loan officers to increase their revenue significantly from the revenue that they might be generating now. This marketing program is the only one of its’ kind in Nevada.

Additionally, the employee of the year is rewarded with a five-day, four night trip to any location in the domestic United States where all airfare, hotel rooms and food are paid for by the company.

Scott Karosa himself, serves on the Board of the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth and on the Executive Advisory Finance Board at the UNLV business college reporting to the dean of the College of Business, where Mr. Karosa attended school.
