Feb. 17, 2010 - PRLog -- It is with great pleasure to welcome Mr Siegfried Höllmüller as Director of Sales & Marketing in the luxurious Kempinski Hotel Corvinus, in downtown Budapest.

A University of Vienna graduate, Mr Höllmüller continued his education to earn a Master of Arts in Business degree at the International Management Centre (IMC) in Austria's Krems, where he studied Tourism and Leisure Time Management.

He started his working life in the hospitality business as a waiter in Vienna's Motto to soon work his way up to carry out organizational and management duties. He was in charge of the catering staff and catering by Motto for the famous Viennese Life Ball; was member of the organizational team for the World Tourism Games in Austria's Seefeld; was responsible for Arab markets at the Austrian National Tourist Office as market manager; headed project management at Weirather Wenzel & Partner of Siemens AG's hospitality program in all 12 host cities for 64 games of the FIFA World Cup 2006; did key account management for Red Bull Air Race Abu Dhabi and Budapest; and was responsible for business development, ticketing and hospitality management for all the Red Bull Air Race's 10 host countries.

A native of Austria, he speaks fluent English and has a working command of Spanish and Russian.

In his free time, he enjoys travelling, getting to know foreign cultures, doing sports and reading.

We are sure he'll bring a vast body of experience and a diverse background to the Hotel's work, from which we will all benefit.

Editor's Notes:
The Kempinski name is proudly borne by a growing collection of distinguished properties around the world. Europe's oldest luxury hotel group, Kempinski has built its reputation on the belief that exclusivity and individuality are key elements of true luxury. Each year, an increasing number of guests come to appreciate these qualities, as Kempinski adds new hotels and resorts in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. While this growth reflects the strength and success of the Kempinski brand, the collection will remain a limited one, where exclusivity can be nurtured and individuality can flourish.
