PRLog -- The founders of MayWeIntroduce.com (MWI) realized long ago that certain firms tend to have a better chance of success when introducing new items to the marketplace. Whether it's because of their greater visibility, offensively large marketing budgets, or other factors, MWI wants to end the monopoly that the big guys have on shady backroom deals. Their plan is to level the playing field by giving any person or firm of any size the opportunity to get whatever they can dream up in front of as many people as possible in one place. "Guests" can be anything from a new startup, an old product, a fresh face, or anything in between. But the guys behind MWI predict that their website will appeal mostly to small business owners, internet pioneers, and haberdashers.
After being asked, "What drove you to create the website?" Downs; the most vocal person behind the curtain at MWI replied, "We wanted to create a place where anyone could launch their product, get immediate exposure, and speak directly to people interested in what they had to offer." He then said, "Our format is simple; We let you decide how much an appearance on MWI is worth to you by auctioning the rights to appear as our Guest. We don't accept or run any periphery advertising. When your Guest Date arrives, the focus will be on you and only you for (24) hours. And our reviews, if you want to call them that, aren't the typical sort. They're a bit more entertaining than usual. But be warned; a sense of humor is required."
In closing, Downs was asked what his full name was, to which he simply replied, "I'm not sure that I understand the question." And just like that the interview abruptly ended.
