Mrs. Minnie L. Jefferson accepted Christ and began singing at the age of ten. She grew up in church in the Cincinnati area and there began singing the “Good News.”  At the age of twelve she sang her first solo on stage with the late James Cleveland. Mahalia Jackson was also in attendance. She has singed in various cities that God has send her and her family; Columbus Ohio, Chicago, Illinois, Bridgewater, New Jersey, Jamaica, WI, and back to Cincinnati. God has blessed her to sing in schools, at church, at work, in groups, and almost every place there is to sing. She has sung in and directed many choirs and led praise and worship in a comtempary setting.

“For as long as I can remember music has been in my life.” Says Mrs. Jefferson, Singing has always played an important role in her life. It’s a way not only to express her feelings and thoughts, but a way to share God’s message through song.
