Fred Segal Launches The Emily Grace Collection by Ooh! La, La Couture on Valentine's Day

Feb. 16, 2010 - PRLog -- Valentine's Day was an afternoon of sunshine, lollipops, cupcakes, and colorful twirly dresses, as young celebrities poured into Fred Segal LifeSize Kids in Santa Monica celebrating the launch of the "Emily Grace Collection", a clothing line collaboration by Ooh! La,La Couture.

The adorable line was inspired by 9-yr old Hannah Montana Movie actress Emily Grace Reaves, who came as the event's guest of honor.

Girls came dressed in their Ooh! La,La Couture best, patiently waiting their turn to pose for photographers on the red carpet.  In attendance were Kristy Flores (FAME), Bella Thorne (HBO's Big Love, Disney's Dance, Dance Chicago), Anna Margaret (Disney's Starstruck), Daniella Baltodano (Desperate Housewives), Scott Baio and daughter Bailey, Keana Texeira (Warner Music recording artist, Soulstice Movie), Jordan Fry (Charlie & the Chocolate Factory), and many others.  Golden haired Emily Grace & her equally adorable dog Bunny, definitely stole the show wearing coordinating twirly leopard and lace dresses from her collection paired w/ airbrushed Converse sneakers.

Inside the venue, various dresses from Emily's collection were on display, worn by child mannequins on the Life Size Kids display window.  Guests and buyers alike, flocked in the small showroom where most couldn't get enough of the beautiful dresses.  Michael Swartzburg, chairman of All Star Planet brought his mother Suzi to the event, who loved the designs so much she purchased five for her granddaughters.

Celebrity favorite Famous Cupcakes provided red velvet mini desserts for the festivities and each guest received a pink giftbag filled with goodies including an Ooh! La,La Couture doll dress, Popstar! Magazine, hot pink FuzzieWorld keychains, swirly lollipops, and cello bags filled with traditional valentine hearts.

The following morning on President's Day, Ooh! La,La Couture made their on-air debut on ABC's The View, as Desperate Housewive's Madison Dela Garza's outfit of choice for her very first TV interview.

"The launch of Emily's line couldn't have gone any better", praises Ooh! La, La Couture owner/designer Ann Dugourd.  "Madison wearing our dress on The View was icing on the cake.  We are thankful to Fred Segal, to Emily and her family for making the event possible, and also to Madison for wearing OLLC on such a special occassion.  We feel so grateful and blessed to be part of this amazing weekend" Dugourd says.
