By: John R. Math Weybridge Homeowners Association is a 154 unit townhome community located on Okeechobee Boulevard, west of Royal Palm Beach Boulevard, located in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. The community consists of townhomes. Amenities include a community clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis courts. Associated Property Management will provide a property manager for 1 site visit a week. In addition, APM will provide the following services to the association as part of their Management Agreement; provide all administration services, make all association deposits of maintenance assessments and other income through their free Lock Box System, pay all association invoices, produce monthly financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement and general ledger detail. In addition, APM will also provide any reports as needed, annual budgets, annual meeting and Board of Director support and administrative services. APM operates their accounting and administration system with 212 Software (formerly TOPS).
