The data collected is being aggregated into a database owned by DNA for crime prevention: more specifically kidnapping and vehicle theft. At no expense to the affiliates involved, DNA will pay each affiliate a commission for every license plate tag that is submitted to the company up to and no less than 20 per month.  Furthermore, DNA will also pay bonuses to the affiliates on the tags that other affiliates in their leveraged group have also submitted.  To get involved, the affiliate is not required to pay any money, nor are they required to pay anything to maintain their affiliate status and get paid.
