Shane Bull of Grubb & Ellis|Thomas Linderman Graham Provides Retailer Insights with New Web Site

Feb. 9, 2010 - PRLog -- RALEIGH, NC - Grubb & Ellis|Thomas Linderman Graham, a leading Triangle real estate services firm, announced today that Shane Bull, real estate advisor, recently launched TargetYourSpace.com, a website developed for individuals interested in local retail beginnings and endings in the Triangle, as well as other parts of North Carolina.  Site visitors are provided daily updates of store openings, closings, location, and industry category.

“Many people enjoy knowing when a new store or restaurant is opening in their neighborhood or, more importantly, if it’s closing,” explains Bull.  “My profession allows me access to retail space changes before the public is aware and affords me the unique opportunity to share this information directly with site visitors.”

Although Bull says that it is his intention to provide the most up-to-date information on his site, client confidentiality will prevent him to disclose some retail information to the public.  “Because this site is meant to be not only a resource tool for the public, but also a marketing tool for my clients, I will make every attempt to disclose retail information as soon as possible to site visitors,” says Bull.  

Bull says that he’s looking forward to growing his site and allowing visitors the opportunity to communicate what stores they would like to see in their area.  

“I want TargetYourSpace.com to be the ultimate retail marketing tool,” explains Bull.  “I not only want consumers to be kept aware of what retail stores are coming to their area, I also want to give them a say as to the type of store they want to come into their community.  The possibilities of this site are exciting for both consumer and retailer.”

Bull is an expert of the local North Carolina restaurant and retail real estate markets and recently assisted in brokering a 2,466-square-foot space for RadioShack at Eastgate Shopping Center in Chapel Hill.  The store opened on September 12th and is managed by Harold Ellis.  Prior to that, he assisted in brokering space for Smoothie King at Hope Valley Commons in Durham, which opened July 18th and is managed by family-run CLLESS Investments.
