High Stakes Fantasy Football Player Don Metter has already Won His Super Bowl!

The Fantasy Football Players Championship 2009 fantasy season has come to an end. And what a season it was! The FFPC has crowned Don Metter, of Chicago, its 2nd Players Champion. His reward, $75,000.00

Feb. 6, 2010 - PRLog -- Don works in the financial services industry and felt “Bernie Madoff Is My Financial Advisor” was an appropriate team name for the 2009 season. The FFPC assumes he will make better use of the $75,000 than Bernie would have.

Don’s team was littered with 2009 fantasy studs, including Tom Brady, Chris Johnson, Brandon Marshall, Miles Austin, and the Giants Steve Smith. He got solid production in the final weeks from LaDainian Tomlinson and Jonathan Stewart’s 30 points in week 16 helped, too. Don was forced to use tight ends Tony Scheffler and Dante Rosario after losing stud TE Owen Daniels in week 9, which makes his championship all the more impressive.
Don’s team posted a monster score of 213.60 in week 14. He followed with a modest 138.55, but then took down the title with a 172.35 in the final week. Don drafted live back in September at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in Barry Sanders league #1. Congrats once again to Don Metter, the 2009 FFPC National Champion!

2010 Fantasy season will be enhanced with the increase in grand prize to $100,000.00.
