Southwest Florida Home and Commercial Builder Relocates Office, Launches Website

Jan. 25, 2010 - PRLog -- With glimpses of improvement spotted in the real estate industry, longtime Florida builders Steve and Judy Titsworth have recently been focused on increasing the visibility of their company, Shoreline Builders of Southwest Florida, by relocating their corporate office and launching a website.

After years located in offices “in town” in Bradenton and Sarasota, the Titsworths recently moved the Shoreline Builders office to Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island at 5345 Gulf Drive, Suite 300. The reasons for the builder's move were rooted in both strategy and convenience.

“As our name suggests, our focus is on custom homebuilding, commercial building and remodeling in areas near the water. So having our office in the heart of where we build not only promotes more opportunity for clients to just stop in for a visit, but it is also is much closer to where we actually work off-site everyday,” said Steve Titsworth, a licensed general contractor for more than 25 years.

Of special note are the photo and design galleries at Shoreline Builders’ new office. Several photos are on display, which showcase the southwest Florida building company’s custom residential and commercial construction capabilities. In addition, the design gallery features the varying finishes available to clients through Shoreline’s interior selection division.

In addition to the recent move, a website was also just launched for Shoreline Builders. http://www.shorelinebuildersfl.com features extensive information on the builder, outlines its services, and highlights a digital photo gallery of completed residential and commercial construction projects along Florida’s southwest coast.
