Natural healthcare goes Interactive with a Web 2.0 Fast detox

Jan. 25, 2010 - PRLog -- Simply Ayurveda a health care and fitness resort in Morocco goes interactive with web 2.0, starting on Sunday 27th February 2010. they are looking for volunteers to undergo an interactive Fast Detox (10 days) together with some guests at the resort, Mia Ryhmes an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Nurse at the resort explains " not everyone can afford to take a  holiday at a resort like this, and we thought it would be great to let everyone experience the benefits of a fast detox from home, and what with the rubbish diets that most people follow these days they really will benefit no end",

The reasons why a Detox is so important these days is mainly due to diet we consume more and more processed and fast food whic is basically good food with the nutrients taken out and things like extra salt, sugar, trans fats and other toxins and chemicals added, the body simply does not recognise these products and just cannot deal with them being ingested on a regular basis, when we consume too many toxins they start to form free-radicals which are highly destructive due to their unstable nature and open shell formation, and run amuck in the system destroying otherwise healthy cells, causing no end of health problems and causing us to age prematurely.

This Detox method is much the same as the system used by the very expensive clinics that help clients pass compulsory drug tests, the difference being ours is free, easy to follow, and is only for 10 days.

Simply Ayurveda will be opening a forum specifically for the Detox two weeks before the event so that potential participants can introduce themselves and help each other by expressing their feelings and experiences during the detox, they will also be running a blog running the events at the resort with tips advice and suggested recipes.

It is claimed that after finishing the 10 day fast detox everyone will greatly benefit from the event, benefits including losing weight (lots), feeling and looking much better, cleaning the Colon Naturally without the use of pipes and chemicals, reducing the toxins in your system by up to 70%, greatly reducing the risk of contracting many man made diseases like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, many types of cancer and many more, especially if a healthier lifestyle can be continued after the detox.
