Baujee Ka Bada Khana menu has been divided into two segments i.e. meal and beverages—Meals have variety consisting: Sarso ka Saag from Punjab with Rajasthan ki Gatte ki Sabzi to Maharashtra ka Baigan Masala, Kadai Paneer of Punjab with Uttaranchal ke Rajma, Bihar ka Aloo Chokha, with pickles of Lucknow, Rampur and the North-West Frontier, Bada Khana completes with Mutton Wind Aloo & Murgh Makhani and rest let it be surprise with other mouth watering delicious items.
People will enjoy this buffet just for Rs. 245 plus taxes, children will have an extra advantage as they will just be charged for Rs 122 plus tax and small kid’s below the age of 5 will have food for free. So under one roof (Baujee Ka Dhaba) one can taste flavors from all states of India.
The ambience of Baujee Ka Dhaba is like a small world of village from ancient era, folk art décor surrounded with mud walls, mitti ki lipai on the floor, paintings of rural people, khana in big old fashion patilas & big thaals. In this environment one enjoys surely originality of the Indian theme & old Hindi Classics. The staff will cook and serve food wearing ‘Bawarchi attire’ to give a real Indian touch. In short Baujee Ka Dhaba is not a restro but an “Aangan” designed by Mr. Rajan & Mrs. Anupama Mehra.

Atithi Devo Bhava is what Baujee Ka Dhaba believes in, showering the blessing and warmth to the people. Baujee Ka Dhaba’s “Baujee” name arrived from Lt. Shri Om Prakash Mehra, popularly known as “Baujee” in old age and in the year 1998, “Baujee Ka Dhaba” name was brain stormed by his loving grand daughter Ms. Tisha Mehra.
This was an effort of Baujee along with his elder son, Rajan and daughter in-law Anupama and younger son, Rakeysh, which was received gracefully by God’s grace.
Baujee wants to portray this Dhaba on the paths of Shahjahan Puri Hotel (near fatehpuri Masjid) pre-partition India. Rajan, the man behind the delicacies of North West frontier at BKD today, carries forward the legacy of his late father, Baujee, with great pride.
