Dr. Kim is a wonderful addition to the YOLO family.  Dr. Kim not only is a top notch surgeon but also a specialist in non surgical facial and body rejuvenation, using the latest techniques safely and effectively.  YOLO is an owner operated day and medical spa offering the latest in non-surgical and laser rejuvenation.  Nikki, the owner of YOLO, states “We have been open for 6 months, however I’m always looking at how I can best serve my clients, the addition of Dr. Kim serves my client’s best interests, whether they are seeking surgical or non-surgical intervention”.  “I’ve been seeking to collaborate with a Plastic Surgeon; it took a while to find exactly who I was looking for. Dr. Betty Kim attended the Ivy League’s University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and graduated Alpha Omega Alpha (in the top 10% of her class).  She realized her passion for plastic surgery early in medical school, drawn to the field’s creativity and the opportunity to positively impact a patient’s quality of life.  She has published in plastic surgery textbooks and journals and her work on lower lid blepharoplasty (excess eyelid skin and fat removal), free flap breast reconstruction, and lower extremity reconstruction has been presented at national and international meetings.  Special areas of interest include facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, breast surgery, and body contouring (including liposuction, tummy tucks, and mommy makeovers).  Dr. Kim’s main office is located in Trumbull, CT and she is affiliated with Norwalk Hospital, Bridgeport Hospital, St. Vincent’s Medical Center, and Yale- New Haven Hospital, Dr. Kim is available by appointment for consultations at YOLO located in Guilford, CT.
