The international property investment consultancy is currently conducting analysis for its forecasts of the best destinations for property investment in 2010, and Belize property is obviously attracting their attention.

Jan. 20, 2010 - PRLog -- Bamboo investment is the latest in a line of alternative products brought forward by the firm, that capitalise on the growing desire to give something back to the environment, whilst also carrying the potential to yield far higher returns than are possible with more traditional investment vehicles. David Cox, director of the firm said:

"We have always advised our clientele of career property investors that it is always a good idea to diversify your portfolio so as not to have all your eggs in one basket. In the last year we have began offering a range of products to help them do this.

"What we found is that alternative investments, especially sustainable forestry like Bamboo investment offer the highest return/risk ratio. We stick to things like this, because, we are still investing in material products, not shares, which for us is always more secure. In fact, I have a sneaky suspicion that Bamboo investment will see even faster growth than hardwood in the coming years -- it is a real possibility."

Much like the hardwood investment products brought forward by Property Frontiers last year, the bamboo investment product has the flexibility of allowing the investor to choose the level of commitment. The minimum investment is £3500.
The bamboo investment (http://www.propertyfrontiers.com/International-Real-Estat...) goes into a stock of chutes, which are planted, managed and harvested annually on the investor's behalf. The bamboo is then sold as chic and expensive flooring products, and the investor(s) paid annually from year three onwards for the remaining 10 years of the investment's term.  A conservative annual yield for the third year is 27.5%, and for the total return is 335%.

The world is changing; more and more people are deciding that they must do their part to save the planet for future generations. This is especially true of doing the little things like buying sustainable products in the supermarket, to buying sustainable products like flooring.

The world's population is growing, but the world's forests are shrinking. There has been a boom in recent years for bamboo and wood flooring as people realise the difference it can make to air quality.

People buy bamboo flooring, not only because it is a sustainable (green) product, but because it is incredibly beautiful and seen as a modern and chic product. Demand is therefore increasing, whilst natural supplie continually shrink. Therefore demand for specialist bamboo farms, like the site of this Bamboo investment in Prachin Buri province Thailand, is growing massively year on year.
