The 2nd Africa CemenTrade Summit meets in Dakar, Senegal on 3-4 March 2010, to track the current cement market boom in Nigeria, Senegal, Zambia, Chad, Ethiopia, Ghana, Egypt, Tunisia, Cape Verde, Angola, East Africa & South Africa.
