NPS Solutions grows ambitions in young people

Jan. 19, 2010 - PRLog -- NPS Solutions of Gosport today added to embark on a Corporate Social Responsibility programme with Growing Ambitions – a national online initiative delivering ‘inspiring career talks to young people’.

Mr Nitin Shreyakar, managing director, said: ”We have been established in the area for five years. For some time we have been exploring opportunities for putting something back into our local community and the youth are an excellent place to start. Many of our employees are highly skilled across a wide range of disciplines and many have teenagers of their own so empathise with the aspirational objectives of the project. If we can encourage young people to aim higher, then it’s got to be good news for they themselves but also for employers like us, who need a more skilled labour pool.”

Over the next 12 months, employees with job titles including Directors, Project Manager, IT Consultants, etc have volunteered speaking slots which local schools and colleges can book online at www.growingambitions.org
