It's a Summer Camp Website Revamp!

Jan. 20, 2010 - PRLog -- OurKids.net recently launched a complete revamp of its portal on camps. "We're quite proud of the wealth of information we are able to offer Canadian parents, regarding private schools and summer camps," says Jim Huinink, Website Director for ourkids.net. "And we're also proud of the way the quality of the design and content now reflects the quality of the kids' camps we are able to list."

The site now features a  summer camp finder that makes it profoundly easy to search for a camp. In addition, there is a bounty of new content that makes it easier for kids and parents to find overnight camps in remote but popular areas such as Muskoka, the Kawartha Lakes area and the Algonquin Park area as well as many other regions and towns in Ontario. One of the new features added from the magazine Our Kids Go to Camp spotlights famous summer camp alumni  looking back on the camp experience in Canada. Famous campers featured in the articles include Michael Budman, cofounder of Roots; Veronika Bauer, a Canadian Olympian at the upcoming Winter Olympics in Vancouver; activist Mark Kielberger and actor Scott Speedman.
