Follow on Google News | It's a Summer Camp Website Revamp!Canada's portal on year round education completes its revamp with a fresh look to their section on kids' camps. Among the new features are a searchable map, listings of many northern Ontario camps and a look at some famous Canadian campers.
By: Our Kids Media The site now features a summer camp finder that makes it profoundly easy to search for a camp. In addition, there is a bounty of new content that makes it easier for kids and parents to find overnight camps in remote but popular areas such as Muskoka, the Kawartha Lakes area and the Algonquin Park area as well as many other regions and towns in Ontario. This can be seen at http://ourkids.net/ One of the new features added from the magazine Our Kids Go to Camp spotlights famous summer camp alumni looking back on the camp experience in Canada. Famous campers featured in the articles include Michael Budman, cofounder of Roots; Veronika Bauer, a Canadian Olympian at the upcoming Winter Olympics in Vancouver; activist Mark Kielberger and actor Scott Speedman. Ourkids.net remains the premiere authority on private schools and summer camps in Canada, with over three thousand pages of information, listings and stories.
