Honest Abe Log Homes Recognizes Rocky-K Log Homes as 2009 Dealer of the Year

Jan. 19, 2010 - PRLog -- Rocky-K Log Homes, LLC, an Independent Dealership of Honest Abe Log Homes products, was recently recognized as the 2009 Dealer of the Year.  Rocky-K Log Homes is owned and operated by Ellis and Sandy Kiper of Leitchfield, Kentucky, and has been promoting Honest Abe’s products since 1992.

Ellis Kiper commented, “This is a great achievement for us and we have truly been blessed to have such a thriving business considering many in the custom home market are struggling.”  Sandy added, “We started out our dealership as a part-time venture nearly twenty years ago.  In that time we have serviced many customers.  What we have discovered from them over the years is they want someone with experience to oversee their project.  We have built our business to offer more than log homes and to give customers that dedicated service.  We can take projects from the dirt to finished custom log homes.”

Each year, Honest Abe Log Homes recognizes its top dealership in the nation for sales excellence.  With nearly 90 other dealerships, the competition is tough.  Through their career, Rocky-K has achieved a high level of sales numerous times.  In 2008 they received a “Shining Star Award” in recognition of their superior professionalism and customer service.  In 2006, they enjoyed a trip to Phoenix, Arizona as a top performing Honest Abe Log Home dealership.

On January 6th, Honest Abe’s officers traveled to Rocky-K Log Homes’ sales model to present Ellis and Sandy their Dealer of the Year certificate and other acknowledgments.  With the recent delivery of a log home package, the Kipers are already working their way toward the top for 2010.
