Lorenzen Cancer Foundation Awarded Google Grant to Help Raise Pancreatic Cancer Awareness

Jan. 15, 2010 - PRLog -- Pacific Grove, CA – January 15, 2010 – The Lorenzen Cancer Foundation announced that they have been selected as a Google Grants recipient, and will be awarded with an online advertising grant valued up to $10,000 monthly.  The Google Grants program empowers select charitable organizations to achieve their goals by helping them promote their websites via advertising within the Google Adwords program.

The Lorenzen Cancer Foundation is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization whose mission is to promote awareness, increase funding, and further research aimed at pancreatic cancer. “This online advertising grant from Google couldn’t have come at a better time, “says Candice San Juan, Event Coordinator for the foundation.  “We hope to utilize the maximum effectiveness of the grant to drive additional visitors to our website, generate greater awareness of our cause, and increase fundraising efforts.”
