A Gi is the Jiu-Jitsu kimono worn during training and combat.
Overall approximately twenty moves were demonstrated. Cobrinha took students through each move, step-by-step, using an attendee as a simulated competitor. Students were paired according to height and weight, and then practiced the moves. Cobrinha mentored each pair as they practiced.
After both sessions, Cobrinha and individual students grappled in mock combat.
