Dunn will be conducting two workshops and will lead panel discussions throughout the day. Ms. Dunn's first workshop, entitled: Social Media as a Revenue Stream will investigate the uses of social media to reinforce multi channel campaign objectives and the revenue opportunity for marketing services providers. The second workshop will delve into successful sales management practices for an industry in transition.
