“This event is designed to jump start people’s organizational processes for 2010,” reported NAPO-Austin president and coordinator of the Chapter’s 2010 event, Jean Kidd.  “Clearing even one area of burdensome clutter can make a huge difference in a person’s belief that getting and staying organized is possible.  And if it seems too large a task to do it alone, NAPO-Austin organizing professionals stand ready to customize services to help people get organized in both work and home settings,” says Kidd.  “Our members employ a myriad of specialties within the organizing field, from helping a client decide to dispose of items no longer consistent with the way they want to live or work, to designing efficient processes and systems, to providing organizing-related trainings and seminars, to working with special-needs persons who have diagnosed chronic disorganization challenges.  We can also boast that as a profession, we can potentially change people’s lives – how good is that?” says Kidd.
