New Product From Cookie Dough Bites® Manufacturer Taste Of Nature, Inc. To Soon Offer Cookies

Jan. 5, 2010 - PRLog -- January 5, 2010 – Santa Monica, CA – Cookies ‘N Cream Bites™, a Taste of Nature, Inc. brand of cookies-and-cream candy, will be launched in time for the new year! This product is an expansion of the Cookie Dough Bites® line, and will be available on store shelves by December 31st, 2009.
 
Cookies ‘N Cream Bites™ will be a play on Taste of Nature’s popular Cookie Dough Bites® candies, which were originally introduced as a movie theater candy. By 2000, however, they were so popular that Taste of Nature began to market them for stores and general retailers. While Cookie Dough Bites® consist of egg-free raw chocolate-chip cookie dough covered in chocolate, Cookies ‘N Cream Bites™ will feature a cream-and-cookie-crumble center, covered in a yummy white chocolatey candy coating.

“We are very excited about the release of Cookies ‘N Cream Bites™,” says Taste of Nature, Inc. co-President Scott Samet. “Now people who love Cookie Dough Bites® have another option to choose from when selecting a movie theater or at-home candy treat.”   Samet went on to say that the Cookies ‘N Cream Bites™ are the “perfect combination of crushed cookies combined with delicious cream which reminds me of my favorite Cookies ‘N Cream Ice Cream!”

Cookie Dough Bites® products began making headlines in 1997 as egg-free raw cookie dough treats coated in milk chocolate, allowing consumers to eat the cookie dough product unbaked. The bite-sized candies come in five flavors, Original Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, Mint Chocolate Chip, Fudge Brownie, and Dark Chocolate Chip. Cookies ‘N Cream Bites™ are the long-awaited cousin of incredibly popular Cookie Dough Bites®.
