Jan. 4, 2010 - PRLog -- RALEIGH, NC – Gear Stream, The Agile Enterprise Transformation leader, announces the appointment of Jane Tudor to its executive management team as Vice President, Transformation Services.   This portfolio includes both strategic Agile and Lean Enterprise transformation frameworks as well as support for Agile and Lean training and coaching services.  She will also lead the effort to build our strategic affiliate network, which will allow for effective scaling of our services business to meet our rapidly growing global client demand.

Tudor joins Gear Stream with two decades of executive and consulting services leadership experience for technology and business transformation companies including both start-ups and billion-dollar organizations.  Most recently Tudor was Vice President of Customer Service for both Secure Software (acquired by Fortify Software) and Triumfant, Inc. where she created and launched innovative services frameworks to accelerate the successful adoption of Information Security programs to minimize business risk.  Previously she served as Regional Technical Services Manager for IBM Rational Software where she focused on enabling businesses to successfully adopt software development methodologies and technologies to fundamentally improve the quality and predictability of deploying business critical IT solutions.

"Jane is an accomplished services executive with impressive credentials who brings tremendous energy and previous transformation service success to Gear Stream," said Brad Murphy, Founder & CEO, Gear Stream, Inc.  Gear Stream is at a pivotal time in our early evolution where - despite the brutal economy – we’re seeing tremendous demand for our innovative approach to helping CxO’s design and implement broad, pragmatic Agile and Lean software and product development transformation.  Jane’s expertise and proven track record in helping large Enterprise clients manage through transitions focused on innovation and change will help further distinguish Gear Stream as the Agile Advisory of choice for leading Enterprise leaders".
