New Concierge Service Provides Avanta Clients With All The Answers

A new Concierge and Travel Desk, that’s been introduced at Avanta’s 18 UK business centres, will free up valuable management time and allow serviced office clients to focus on running their core business.

Jan. 4, 2010 - PRLog -- A new Concierge and Travel Desk, that’s been introduced at Avanta’s 18 UK business centres, will free up valuable management time and allow serviced office clients to focus on running their core business.
So, whether clients need tickets to the theatre, to Newcastle or even New York, an urgent report typed up or just somebody to collect their dry cleaning, Avanta’s new concierge service can provide a solution.  Operated jointly by Cushion the Impact; CT Travel and Virtual City PA, which between them cover a broad range of services, the Concierge and Travel Desk will be provided to Avanta clients at exclusive discounted rates.
“The new Concierge and Travel Desk has been introduced following requests from clients taking part in a client focus group that we held in London earlier in the year,” comments David Kinnaird, Avanta’s operations director. “We are continually improving and refining our product offerings and so we are delighted to be partnering with three high-quality companies, all of which are leaders in their specific fields. We are sure this will be a valuable service to our clients and one which help ease their workloads.
“To help encourage them to try out the new services we are even giving away 50 free hour’s worth of help from concierge specialists Cushion the Impact (one hour per client), so that clients can try the service for themselves.”
The new service has already proved invaluable to Avanta client, Future Capital Partners, which had an urgent deadline to meet and required copy typing assistance at very short notice.  Too busy to deal with the request themselves, they contacted the Avanta centre team and were directed to Virtual City PA.  
Future Capital Partners was extremely impressed by Virtual City PA’s service and the work was completed in advance of the deadline, and was both accurate and well executed.  Not only would they highly recommend this service, but would use it again should the need arise.
