The 2010 forum focuses on how to increase projects’ ROI by using leadership practices to influence results and reduce failure rates. The forum will examine best practices and lessons learned from accomplished project managers through interactive sessions and actual project case studies.  Participants will work closely with leadership gurus to begin creating a personal action plan to develop the leadership competencies that will make them more effective project leaders.
