The services will include both inbound and outbound support activities including welcoming calls to customer support services 24*7. The customer care representatives will cater to English, Malayalam and Tamil speaking customers, this will also help in generating employment opportunities in semi urban and rural population of the country. On an average, 100 agents will be hired, which will be scaled to 300 in a year’s time.
