Egypt Yellow Pages Launches Online Event Booking Service

Dec. 15, 2009 - PRLog -- Egypt Yellow Pages Ltd, the Local Search Company, announced today the launch of its new service for booking event tickets on Yellow.com.eg. This new service is the result of the recent Egypt Yellow Pages Ltd strategic partnership with Ticket Marche.

Currently featured are the full December schedule of events at the El Sawy Culture Wheel, including their New Year’s Eve Celebration and Dinner with live Arabic music by Nassir Shamma and a night of Christmas Carols by Osiris Singers on December 28. Also available for booking is “Seduction Night II,” a live house/dance music event, featuring Andy Moor, Marco V, and the Gabriel Bros at the City Stars City Centre.

Simply click on Book an Event Now under the “Really Cool Stuff” menu to find the full listing of available events in Cairo. Alternatively, you can book events by searching keywords like concert, party, or New Year’s Eve party, and the same event listing by clicking on Ticket Marche.

After you select your event, you’ll be prompted for your Yellow.com.eg username and password in order to complete the booking and payment process. If you haven’t registered with Yellow.com.eg yet, it’s easy, free, and gives you access to a wealth of services that provide a complete online experience.

Once you’ve booked your ticket, you can pay by credit card and either have the ticket delivered to your doorstep or pick it up at one of a number of Ticket Marche retail outlets located throughout Cairo. Outlets include Crepaway in Nasr City, Cilantro in Maadi and Zamalek, Makani in Heliopolis and Mohandeseen, and Link DSL at the Heliopolis Club and at the Gezira Club in Zamalek.

Soon Yellow.com.eg users will also be able to book tickets to the Cairo Opera House, movie theaters, and football matches, among others.
