One of permanent removal method is laser hair removal which use impact beam on hair roots so that they may grow less than natural speed. But like other method, it has also side effect some are temporary based as well as permanent.

Permanent Side effect:
Burns: This is rare side effect of laser hair removal because of less qualified technicians. This could be healing with aftercare.  

Scaring: Scaring is done by several burns, because of less experienced or over treatment of laser treatment. Scaring is happened when over treatment which are not bearable for skin is done. So burns are happen into inside layer (skin dermis). This can be preventing with care.

Skin Discoloration: Discoloration is done because of LASER impact over skin because it works on darker pigmentation so, dark skin is also affected.

Temporary Side effect:
Blistering: This is temporary side effect with noticeable, embarrassing and painfull. This is happen because of used higher impact beam over dark skin.

Hyper-pigmentation:  sometimes patient finds dark spot on skin around treated area. This takes considerable time to be natural.

Redness: redness would come to exist around the treated area. But this is least seriously side effect but may be more seriously incase of non-care. Treatment can be done by topical treatment prescribed by physician.
