Condo Vultures® Founder To Present at 2010 Commercial Forecast Event

Dec. 10, 2009 - PRLog -- Condo Vultures® Founder Peter Zalewski will participate in a panel discussion on Miami commercial real estate trends Wednesday, Dec. 16 at a breakfast event sponsored by the Realtor® Association of Miami-Dade County.

Joining Mr. Zalewski as fellow panelists for the “2010 Commercial Forecast: Past, Present and Future Economic Forecast & Trends Analysis” are David Albert, VP, Flagler Development; Allen Morris, The Allen Morris Company and moderator Louis Archambault.

The panel of recognized industry leaders will explore the recent economic downturn and the impact on the commercial real estate market. The presentation will focus on the economic outlook and forecast trends, and the impact of these trends on commercial leasing, purchasing, acquisitions and investment opportunities.

The all realtor® inclusive pre-holiday event will be held at the Courtyard Marriott, 2051 LeJeune Rd., Coral Gables. Free parking in two lots and metered parking is available. Sign-in and sit down breakfast is at 8:45 a.m. The program runs from 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The cost is $15 and is non-refundable.

Mr. Zalewski, who was recently appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Realtor® Association of Miami-Dade County will also moderate a panel discussion of real estate experts Jan.12 as part of Condo Vultures® continuing seminar series.

The event, “2010 South Florida Real Estate Projection For Condos, Houses, Bulk, and Financing” will be held at 5:30 p.m. at the Doubletree Grand Hotel in downtown Miami.

Nationally-recognized real estate analyst Michael Y. Cannon, Managing Director of Integra Realty Resources in Miami has confirmed his participation on the panel, which will forecast the South Florida condo, housing, bulk and financing markets in 2010.

The event will include a networking session. The presentation will be followed by a questions and answers period.

Registration is required. Admission is $25 in advance, and $30 at the door. Credit cards and cash will be accepted.
