iPOTT Launches "Complementary Services Referral Program"

Dec. 8, 2009 - PRLog -- iPOTT has recently launched "Complementary Services Referral Program" intended to bridge the gap between the services required by the Software Market and those provided by iPOTT.

Although iPOTT‘s range of services are available to its registered Promoters, there are various other service requirements such as ‘Payment Gateways, IP related services, ESCROW, Video Conferencing, Language Translators, etc.’, which cannot be provided directly by iPOTT, hence the initiative “CSRP”.  Currently there are plenty of services offered by companies in the software market; iPOTT aims to concentrate on service(s) / product(s) that enhances the working of the software or facilitates the software market.

iPOTT lists some basic criteria for companies/individuals to participate in the CSRP program such as the specialization of the vendor in that particular vertical, ability of the vendor to cater to the needs of the software market, uniqueness of the service / product offered by the vendor, willingness to offer special prices to the clients of iPOTT, etc.

iPOTT emphasizes a few guidelines on vendors who intend to enter the CSRP such as high quality standards, willingness of the vendor to provide complete details on the service / product in order to collaborate with iPOTT, the vendor’s differentiating factor compared to its competitors, the value addition provided by the vendor, the on-time deliverability of service / product by the vendor and cancellation of agreement in case of non adherence to performance standards by the vendor.

The company intending to collaborate with iPOTT through the CSRP will have to provide all necessary details of the service / product whose confidentiality will be protected under the Privacy policy agreement of iPOTT, a demo of the product- if applicable, Client references for the service / product offered, any special pricing negotiations with iPOTT, agreement with the general terms & conditions for CSRP , sign a MoU on the rates and terms agreed upon, answer the queries of the users of iPOTT, if need arises, on the service / product offered by the vendor.
