Christmas in Key West

Scuba Diving in Key West for Christmas? Good planning can make your trip more enjoyable!

Dec. 6, 2009 - PRLog -- Christmas vacation is upon us. Coming to Key West for scuba diving? Planning your dive trip can be easy if you remember these tips.
Your first question may be; can I bring my gear on plane? Yes, you can. Dive gear such as regulator, BC, and wetsuits are allowed as carry on. Just remember the weight limits of 40 lbs and the bag must fit in the overhead compartments. Weights and tanks can be rented for minimal cost at your destination.  If your visit consists of multiple dives, most dive shops will be happy to store your gear for the duration of your trip. This will allow you to enjoy all the other great activities Key West has to offer without worrying about lugging your gear around. Good planning is essential for a great vacation. It allows you to take care of the details before you leave so you can enjoy yourself while you’re there!
