MobEntServ Announces New Manager

He is based in the company’s Baguio, Philippines office.

Roman has extensive and hands-on experience in the BPO Industry focusing both in training and operations, which has given him prevalent knowledge in the goings-on of both Inbound and Outbound Call Centre procedures.
