Follow on Google News | American Trade Association launches Plans to cover critical illnessAmerican Trade Association (ATA), a Not-for-profit organisation, has launched new Insurance plans for critical illness of their members.
By: Isaac Mr Obed Kirkpatrick, President of ATA, while briefing the Media here today said that ATA provided affordable health benefits at a affordable rate. Among others, they have also launched critical illness Insurance Plans to exclusively cover serious illness. He also further added that the minimum coverage was $5,000 per member and the maximum is $25,000 per member depending on the chosen policy. Benefits were payable for specific illnesses and were not part of any health insurance benefit additionally paid for these illnesses. The benefit was paid a maximum of one time for all covered conditions. There was no death benefit paid. The maximum term of insurance was for ten (10) years, he added..
