The first book about the identity of Digital Art is online

Nov. 26, 2009 - PRLog -- The Figurative Digital Art Enhanced Manifesto, decalogue with free interpretation on the identity of the most contemporary form of Art, is now a book which is published both in italian and english languages.
Four years after the official presentation of the Manifesto, published online and in trade magazines, the text provides a further ethical, empirical and philosophical analysis on Digital Art (DA).
Unlike other artistic manifestos, the argument is here expressed as the identification of the salient features of the DA: it’s composed by a general definition, a section dedicated to the art itself, the point of view of the artist and a section that regards DA’s influence over outside world.
The original scheme has been enriched by an extensive introduction, practical examples, quotations, anecdotes and high impact images, with intent to excite the reader about the different aspects of contemporary artistic communication.
In favor of cultural spreading, the book is available for free consultation on the share publishing Website issu.com, in addition to the paperback version for purchase on lulu.com. The whole work is distributed under the Creative Commons license, which allows the use and free distribution for educational and/or cultural purposes.
