19 Bulk Deals and Counting: Seminar to Discuss Miami Condo Bulk Buying Trends

Nov. 23, 2009 - PRLog -- Bulk buyers have acquired 19 projects with nearly 1,400 units and 1.7 million square feet of space for more than $250 million since July 2008, according to the Condo Vultures® Bulk Deals Database™.  

Four bulk condo deals have closed in November 2009 alone, with at least three more deals under contract and preparing to close.

Condo Vultures® will explore the latest condo bulk deal developments at its next seminar series program,  "Miami Condo Bulk Buying Trends." The event will be held at the Doubletree Grand Hotel in Downtown Miami on Dec. 1 beginning at 5.30 p.m..

Robert Lechter, who acquired the troubled 63-unit Brickell Station Lofts residential tower in a note sale that closed in September 2009,  will be joined on the panel by Robert Given, executive vice president of investment properties and the multi-housing group for CB Richard Ellis real estate brokerage, and Condo Vultures® Realty licensed real estate broker Peter Zalewski.

Frank Thomas, the national bulk sales director for Condo Vultures®  Realty, will moderate the panel discussion that includes a networking session with cash bar and a questions-and-answers period. The event is scheduled to begin at 5.30 pm and end at 8 p.m.

Registration is required. Admission is $40 in advance, and $50 at the door. Credit cards and cash will be accepted.
