New Television Series Wraps Pilot in Metro Detroit Area!

Nov. 16, 2009 - PRLog -- YPSILANTI, Michigan – 'Fresh Start with the Design Divas' is a new home improvement show that is shooting its pilot in Metro Detroit.  The program features an amazing combination of successful builders and interior designers. The show is set to shoot the “reveal” on Wednesday, November 18, 2009. The show’s talent, an award-winning team of professionals, each with over 20 years of experience in their fields, promises to be a major draw at the National Association of Television Program Executives Convention & Expo (NATPE) this January in Las Vegas.  

NATPE is a global, non-profit organization dedicated to the creation, development and distribution of televised programming in all forms across all mature and emerging media platforms.  It develops and nurtures opportunities, both commercial and educational, for buying, selling and sharing of content and ideas.  More information is available on-line at www.natpe.org.

'Fresh Start with the Design Divas' is a thirty minute television pilot that will be exhibited at the NATPE Expo this January to representatives of hundreds of broadcast and cable television networks throughout the United States and around the world.  Its producers are confident that they will secure a distribution agreement with one of those networks.  They expect to begin production on the full series this spring.

'Fresh Start with the Design Divas' will feature two couples with extensive experience in the design and construction industries.

Introducing the Design Divas:

   Michele Chirco Fornari is a third generation builder and realtor with over 20 years of experience.  Michele is co-owner of The Chirco Companies, awarding-winning builders who have created a legacy of legendary home communities throughout Southeast Michigan since 1955.  

   Toni Fazzolari is a former product designer for Gucci Italy. She has 20 years of experience with Glamm Design as an award-winning interior designer.   She is a recipient of the Customer Choice Awards with 1st place in Overall Interior Design.


And the Fresh Start Crew:

   Greg Fornari has worked for two decades in the building industry.  He has years of hands-on experience and believes in delivering a high quality product, which has rewarded him with years of repeat customers.  Today, Greg and Michele work as a team to run Chirco Fornari Building, Inc. in Utica, Michigan.

   Ralph Fazzolari started his first building company at the age of 17.  He has gone on to become an award winning Home-A-Rama builder and site developer in the Metro Detroit area.  Following in the footsteps of his grandfather and father, his work has been featured in Architect/Builder magazine. He currently owns and operates Lochmoor Development, Inc.  Ralph lives in Shelby Township, Michigan with his wife, Toni.
