Nov. 12, 2009 - PRLog -- Here at UggsOnSale™ and Uggsonsale.net, we are committed to ending the reign of terror on authentic Australian "UGG" boot-sheepskin boot manufacturer's by Decker, a USA company who owns the company "UGG Australia" and has their "Uggs" made in China, NOT Australia.

Decker's should inform consumers on their website that their UGG's are not made in Australia as their name implies "Ugg Australia" but, they are made in China. Decker is harassing and intimidating anyone who sells or promotes "UGG" boots. Having other companies search results in Google for example, removed from search results claiming trademark rights in USA on "UGG" which, in our contention, cannot be trademarked under U.S. law because it is a generic term.

Many genuine Australian "Ugg" boot, sheepskin boot maker's are being slammed because Decker want to monopolize the UGG boot sales market with NO regard for small mom and pop businesses in Australia they are hurting and mom and pop affiliates in America that promote the genuine Australian "Ugg" sheepskin boots with sales.

We also believe the U.S. Trademark given to Decker's for "UGG" should be revoked because it describes a generic style of footwear/boots made of Australian sheepskin/wool.
