All around the world, international sultriest, Lorenza Calamandrei is known as DJ Lo, one of the most creative and sexiest DJs out today. DJ Lo has worked along side a number of A-list artists and entertained some of the worlds biggest and brightest stars.
Growing up in Florence, Italy, she garnered much attention from the media for her personality and dj-ing skills, producing and hosting. After introducing real Hip-Hop to the Italians, she moved to the UK in-96 and expanded her audience and tightened her skills.
There she linked with video and radio DJ Lisa l Anson (BBC, MTV Europe), and together combined their distinctive talents on various TV and radio projects, including Top Of The Pops and Radio One lunch show, Top of the Pops, Yo MTV Rap. She spun with Fat Boy Slim, as well as top exclusive premiere parties including Baftas (UK Oscars) Cannes Film Festival, Buena Vista International, including Star Wars with the Philharmonic London Orchestra.
On the European circuit she is a celebrity herself. DJ Lo has made various American and European TV appearances including The Sharon Osbourne Show, Rai 1 -Italian National TV-, Video Music and Canale 5, as well as producing music for E! TV (featuring ; Jadakiss, Mekhi Phifer, Lil Jon, Fabulous & Ying YangTwins).
She created and hosted Multikulti, the daily radio show, for over 5 years at Controradio in Italy with such a guests as Tito Puente, Sonic Youth, Manu di Bango, Jamiroquai, Gilles Peterson, Brand New Heavies D-Influence and many more, Loving music like she does, Lo has lended her hosting skills to major music festivals and road shows adding an international flair unlike anyone.
Lo’s Los Angeles clients include the Soho House during Oscar week, The Playboy Mansion, Sacks 5th Avenue for Fashion Week, Miramax Premiere Parties, MTV Movie Awards and just composed the opening music of Style Star a celebrity show on E TV, (featuring, Gwen Stefani, Jennifer Lopez, Melania Trump, Naomi Campbell, Kelis and many others) and last but not least, the Dionne Warwick Tribute at the Kodak Theatre. She’s one of the favorite DJs of Max and Lubov Azria BCBG’s working on many of their events.

She hosted Awareness for Woman, a festival to promote awareness, tools to help battered woman and pre gang kids. She was a member of B.A.M a production trio in London, remixing, writing and composing for many artists. Dj-ing and producing is not her only talents, her voice is featured on the album Bobby Digital by Rza/Wu Tang Clan.
