Nov. 3, 2009 - PRLog -- There are many factors involved in finding flights to Bangkok that are cheap and also with good service quality.

Firstly, booking in the right season is important. What I mean by right season? The season in which there is less demand. The lesser the demand of the dates and particular airline , the lesser will be the cost of ticket. The tickets are usually less demanded when peak season is at least 3 to 6 months away. For example, if you are traveling in December, reserving your seats in July is a safer and cheaper option. It is safer in the sense, that surcharges or blackout periods are not yet announced in certain airline. So any dates that you want to travel on can be found and if one airline is expensive, you may find seats in other airline.

The second important thing is to book your tickets with the right travel agency. Here again, let me tell you that airline or travel agencies are not selling the tickets at same price. The direct purchase from airlines is mostly more expensive and with strict terms. For example, certain Travel Agencies get one free changeover. Or date change is permitted at lesser cost than the airline. Eve, some particular agencies that have contracts with airlines get discounted price of tickets and some time even bigger baggage allowance. One such airline is Qatar Airways that often gives bigger free baggage allowance with certain travel Agencies.

The third thing is the selection of the right airline. You must remember that it is not necessary that the cheapest airline will not be good in standard. It is an old perception. Nowadays, the world’s first five star carrier Qatar Airways is the cheapest airline to Bangkok. The standard of service in Qatar Airways is award winning and doesn’t need an introduction. Yet, in contrast to its supreme quality and standard the fares of Qatar Airways start from as low as 365 GBP inclusive of taxes from London to Bangkok. This is the cheapest any airline has offered.

Then comes the “not so famous” air lines. Or airlines that do not have big stars on them. One such airline is Jet airways. It’s hub is India and goes via Bombay to Bangkok. One good thing about this airline is that its fare is very low and if Qatar is not available at its cheapest airfare, the second cheapest will be Jet Airways. Although the air line belongs to a developing country but it keeps improving its standard and if you can find a connecting flight with a change over time not more than 2 or 3 hours, you should go for it. Any connection between flights that is less than 3 hours is suggested to be taken as it gives only sufficient time for you to leave one plane and board the other. Some times by taking a round at the airport you can buy some good stuff at cheap prices from duty free shops.

Once you are in Bangkok, no more words will be needed. The sights and splendors of this capital city of Thailand are self explanatory. For more details on cheap flights to Bangkok and upcoming airfares, Thailand holidays, please visit: www.travelhouseuk.co.uk
