Major’s Mobisist Is Now Revolution Mobility

Oct. 28, 2009 - PRLog -- Major’s Mobisist, a leading manufacturer and distributor of durable medical equipment and mobility products announced today that it has changed its name to Revolution Mobility (“Revolution”).

New owners, Co-CEOs and brothers, Brad and Evan Smiedt, recently acquired the Company from its founders.  The rebranding is the final step in a yearlong process to improve the operations of the business.

Under the new ownership, Revolution Mobility has expanded its employee base, upgraded its product quality, streamlined its supply chain and enhanced its customer service function.  They have also expanded the Company’s geographic coverage area outside of Southern California by adding field representatives in Northern California, Arizona and Nevada.  The Company recently commenced a marketing campaign covering the entire Western United States.

“We are very excited about our new name.  The term ‘revolution’ reflects all of the positive changes we have made since acquiring the Company, while reinforcing the image of our products as leading mobility solutions,” said Co-CEO Evan Smiedt.

With the infrastructure in place, Revolution is preparing to expand into the national market.  Management is enthusiastic about increasing the Company’s network of providers and supplying ever more innovative products.  At the same time, they have not lost sight of the customer and end user as the driving forces behind the Company’s development.
