Mr. Brosnahan visited Seraser Fine Dining Restaurant, located in Kaleiçi/ Antalya/ Turkey on 27th of October. After a very nice evening, what he wrote for Seraser Fine Dining Restaurant on worldwide famous traveller site tripadvisor.com was glorious.

The review of Seraser Fine Dining Restaurant, written by Tom Brosnahan;

I dined at Seraser last night and was very impressed. I never expected to see a restaurant this good in Antalya.

To start, I must say that I stay at the adjoining Tuvana Hotel every time I'm in Antalya, and the owners of the hotel and restaurant have become friends of mine. They know I am the owner of TurkeyTravelPlanner.com, and we have a business relationship as well as a friendship.

That having been said, I've inspected a lot of restaurants in my 42-year career as a travel writher, and still Seraser was a surprising experience. The cuisine, its preparation and presentation would do credit to a fine restaurant in any world capital. This shouldn't be a surprise, as every person in the kitchen has a university degree in culinary arts.

The menu is creative international/nouvelle cuisine, though influenced by Turkish cuisine, of course. You can read the menu online at seraserrestaurant.com.

The wine list is excellent for a Turkish restaurant, and includes many of the new varietals being developed successfully by Turkish vineyards such as Kavaklidere and Doluca. There are foreign wines as well.

Prices are not low, but I found the value to be excellent, and congruent with value in other restaurants of a similarly high standard in other cities and countries.

Many good Turkish restaurants are brightly lit, cheerful and somewhat noisy. Seraser is a good place for a quiet, romantic gourmet dinner in the European style.

It is a great pleasure for us to get such a review from Mr. Brosnahan…
