Internet Coffee Retailer, Shoffee.com Launches Customer Rewards Program
Internet coffee retailer, Shoffee.com announced this week the launch of Shoffee Perk Points PLUS - the company's first customer rewards program. Shoffee.com specializes in single-serve coffee, including Keurig K-Cups and coffee pods.
"Everyday I honestly say that Shoffee.com has the best customers in the world," said Joseph Simonovich, Co-Founder of Shoffee.com. "Shoffee Perk Points PLUS gives us another way that we can show them just how much we appreciate their business."
With the Shoffee Perk Points PLUS rewards program, customers earn 2.5% of every purchase back in Shoffee Perk Points.
"Right now, customers have the option to use their points, just like cash, on any future order," said Simonovich. "In the future, we would love to be able to offer larger and unique gifts that people can earn by banking their points."
From the time a customer places their firs order, they will begin to accrue Shoffee Perk Points, and will be able to apply them at the time of checkout, as soon as their next order.

While Shoffee.com is not the first online Keurig K-Cup retailer to offer a rewards program, it is the first to offer points on every purchase.
"Why should someone need to spend $100 or more on Keurig K-Cups to be considered a loyal customer," said Simonovich. "The person who visits every two weeks, and buys two boxes of coffee is no less loyal just because they don't spend a set amount on each visit."
