Microsoft Promotions for Business Productivity Online Suite Extended

Presentation delivery, brainstorming sessions on a virtual whiteboard, document and file editing, and project negotiations can all be accomplished online through web conferencing. Meeting notes can be recorded and shared and attendance can be verified through surveys and confirmation emails. Employees on opposite sides of the globe receive instant access to the virtual meeting place, increasing production and maximizing business efficiency.

Office Communications Online enables in-house instant messaging services, allowing employees to conduct person-to-person conversations without the lag time created by email or phone tag. Presence awareness allows users to see who is on the network and to contact a colleague immediately, even if he’s not in his office. Remote access allows employees who are off-site to utilize the messaging capabilities as well.
Each of these applications is hosted by a group of Microsoft’s global data centers and offers streamlined communications, rapid deployment, migration services, increased IT personnel efficiency, and overall cost savings.
